I have had a pretty good experience so far. Only 2 weeks now Pet hair can be an issue because the tube can clog fron the check valve at the motor. Then it loses suction. Gotta clean.
But for the money, I get a lot of use from it. I feel the Battery life is excellent.
Overall I wiuld buy again.

Quite a handy little vacuum. We are moving on in age so we were looking for a vacuum that wasn't heavy and combersum. This little dandy fits the bill nicely. We will have to use the old upright once in a while but the Onyx will do just fine for everyday type of cleaning. It is a good buy as well.

This little vacuum is nice. you can barley hear it run and that's a plus for me cause they scare my cats, but this one is not loud at all. you could vacuum with someone sleeping its that quite. very easy to take a part to clean after you vacuum. i can now use it on my small rugs and have no problems, this did great with them. very light weight, i have a bad back and this didn't bother me to use. very easy to change the to attachments that came with it. it also came with a hanger to hang it on the wall, now this isn't a charger, it has a wall plug for that. but over all a nice little vacuum.

I've been using this for a week and I love it! I use it on carpet, tile, wood and outside around my pool. It picks up my dog's hair no problem. Very light weight and easy to maneuver around. It will not replace a big corded upright vacuum if you have carpet but it is fantastic for going over everything in between and keeps the house looking great! I used the attachment to get the dog hair that had collected by the lip of my pool without bending over. All in all IRAs a win.

It looks like it's cheap quality but it is a very nice vacuum. Had enough suction for the whole house.
