This is my first order only because another similar item, Yucan Crunch Cracker, was not available. Bread is very delicate, breaks easily, and not filling. You receive 2 packages of 4 slices. To expensive for the quality.

What I like the most about Ama's Casabi is its natural wholesomeness: when I read the ingredients, I saw just ONE ingredient: yucca root. That's it. Feels good to be simply healthy. After following the package directions for quick baking, I found I had: a feel-good pizza crust (pesto and sun-dried tomatoes make it heaven), a unique appetizer/dessert with jalapeño jelly and cream cheese, an open-face sandwich base (avocado and grated parmesan, anyone?). Yummy and healthy. I highly recommend it to family and friends who are gluten-free or vegan.
