I am very happy with how well this held my shoulder in place for the 3 weeks I had to immobilize it. Not intrusive during sleep. Much more comfortable to wear than a traditional arm sling. One of my favorite features is the spot specifically made to hold an ice pack.

Most shoulder braces on Amazon say one size fits all, but don't have anyway to be adjusted. This is ridiculous. This one not only comes in sizes but can also be adjusted. I'm a big guy. I got the largest size and, not only did it fit me well, but also had room for a lot of expansion. My shoulder problem is related to cervical nerve compression, rather than rotator cuff problems, that seem to be most common. When active, I wear this all day and the ability to adjust and position it have made a huge difference.

For a year, I have been suffering terrible pain in my shoulder from overuse due to pickleball and golf. I have had several treatments: physiotherapy sessions and shockwave treatments; also had a naturopath inject cortisone into my shoulder. None of this made much of a difference over time. I am waiting for an MRI in April to see if I need shoulder surgery or just a repair of a minor tear. A friend told me to try a shoulder brace, hence I purchased this one through Amazon and am I glad that I did. I am able to golf again with more stability and less pain although there is still pain when sleeping. I also purchased the gel pack which I freeze and then insert in the brace most evenings before going to bed. This is very beneficial, as the brace holds it in place properly. I do not sleep with it on but this is an option I might explore. I highly recommend trying this brace to help with any shoulder problems.

QUALITY IS GOOD & PRICE IS REASONABLE. HOWEVER THE PART THAT EXTENDS DOWN OFF THE SHOULDER NEEDS TO HAVE THE STRAP LONGER AS THE UNDER ARM AREA IS TOO SMALL SO IT FITS TIGHTLY WHICH IS UNCOMFORTABLE JUST NEEDS TO HAVE A BETTER ADJUSTABLE LENGHT STRAP SO IT CAN OPEN WIDER!!. MATERIAL IS GOOD.
