I am very happy with this product. I bought it from Amazon because it was the best price around by a significant margin. I bought a 15-ft x 25-ft piece and installed it outside our back door which is also the doggie door for our two golden retrievers. For three years I have been mopping up muddy paw prints and a fair number of human prints whenever it rains or snows. Now, everyone walks across the "lawn" before entering the house. So far, the dirt being tracked inside is significantly less. The dogs absolutely love their new lawn. They have moved all their toys onto it and seem to spend more time outside now. Occasionally, I use a leaf rake to stand the blades up and to clear away leaves and rocks that accumulate over time. I strongly recommend this product. Thank you.

My bid to install 15' X 40' was $9000.00 and the cost with local labor was $3300. The price is right from this vendor, but the shipping is a mystery because the vendor does not work with trucking companies that show when the product ships or when it will show up. My invoice showed the roll shipped on Feb 1st, but the bill of lading show it was picked up from the shipper on Feb 8th. The trucking company showed up with one
man/driver and the roll weighted 335#. Also the driver said it was COD and that took about one hour to straighten out. He could not even get it off his truck by himself. I had anticipated that might be the case and had extra help to get the roll into the garage.
The product itself is a good buy and looks to be of good quality. It does not, in my opinion need the 1-2# of infill that is normally needed for the turf to stand up. I only used 1# sq ft and it looks good.
If the vendor straightens out the shipping and includes some way to get the rolls unloaded in a reasonable manner this would be a good deal. The
way the product is being shipped (both the tracking and delivery) is not acceptable and causes many problems. Looking at the other reviews hopefully the vendor will figure it out.

I'm very happy with it. I was very skeptical about ordering artificial grass online. I wanted to be able to see and feel it. plus this was a big purchase, Never spent so much money on a non amazon prime order! But I am so happy I did t. it looks so good, better and cheaper than buying it anywhere else.

Amazing. Feels great on feet and looks great.

Some hints/thoughts:
-get this upgraded version. We accidentally ordered the other and it was no contest. MUCH better.
-the biggest role is amazingly heavy. 8 guys and a diesel powered walk-behind front loader could barely get it to back yard
-soft. no extra cushion needed. our kids play tackle football on it. all we have underneath is crushed granite
-good vendor. we accidentally ordered one roll of lesser version (careful, amazon website is confusing) and he gave us a great deal on a reorder so that our extra cost was minimal.
-our kids and dogs all LOVE it. they roll around and lay on grass every day. play a lot more b/c areas which were muddy or gross are inviting now. makes whole yard feel bigger.

-IMO excellent value. we self-installed back yard for about $4k. Got some local manual labor help for a day (7 guys) for dirt moving. Closest local bid was for $13k and others were $20k.

This has to be the best turf on the market. The quality is top notch, the price is less than half what other, lower quality turf costs. The Seller was very helpful when we had a delivery oops with the first delivery and replaced the turf in a timely fashion (not the Seller's fault at all).

This turf is lush, long, realistic looking and has no petroleum smell like some turf does. It was easy to cut, easy to install and oh so easy on the eyes too. We are very happy and now are looking to do more of our landscaping in this turf as our the neighbors next door once they saw ours.
