The sound is different now.

First time tube user. The sound is really different now than plugging into the computer directly. One star off because the volume control seems not applied to the 3.5mm connector.

Update:
I seldom write a review. But this one is one of the exceptions. This thing ROCKS! Right from the get go this hybrid headphone tube amp is absolutely amazing. I am not an audiophile but I can tell the difference when this is connected to my headphone. (I use AT ws1100is). The highs are sharp but not harsh, mids are very audible and the lows are enormously vibrant and present. This is an astonishing device. Two thumbs up and highly recommended.
Excited to have this mini vacuum tube amp. Will test my audio technica ws1100is and update my review. First time tube user.
