Pretty good insole. When it said shock absorbing, I wasn't sure as most of them come with gel based cushion. This doesn't have any gel. I didn't think it would give me enough cushion. But this one had air bubbles which gave good amount of shock absorbing capacity. I could feel the difference while running with it.
