I got this armrest cover to protect it from my dog's nails. It does fit my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. It's not a perfect fit, but it sounds like from other reviews that it not unique to my car. One con is that the front elastic band interferes with being able to close the console lid. I also wish that it came with black stitching rather than red to match the interior better. Other than that, it looks great and the leather doesn't look cheap.

Item arrived a little wrinkly, but it smoothed out as soon as I stretched it out over the armrest. In the picture, it looks like there is red stitching on the end, but it is all black (which is what I wanted). The only thing I don't really care for is that it makes it difficult to slide the armrest back and forth because the strap gets caught underneath. Small price to pay for keeping my beige armrest clean, though.

Disappointed with this purchase. When I opened the package, there was a ring of something that had embedded in the leather. Looked like someone had laid a bottle of some sort of chemical on top of the piece. When it was removed, it left an indentation of the ring and could not be cleaned off. Submitted for return and refund. Disappointed since I will have to reorder.

This is a review for the version that fits the 2017 Honda CR-V. I purchased these for my 2018 Honda CR-V. My vehicle has a light gray cloth interior and I was concerned that the light gray arm rest would show dirt and wear relatively easy.

The item arrived in an envelope. I mention this because the armrest cover is folded in order to fit into the envelope, and it wasn't folded on the seams, causing a small wrinkle on the upper surface when I removed it from the envelope.

Installation was simple. It simply slides on and is held in position by two elastic straps. If you have it on properly, the armrest cover matches the shape shape of the armrest precisely. The front elastic strap does lie forward enough to be near the armrest cover latch, but it doesn't interfere with its operation.

After a couple of weeks in place, the wrinkle is gone. The material looks like automotive interior leather.

Bottom line, I found this to be a great value for the price and serves its purpose.

In the 2017 CR-V, you can slide the armrest top forward, but this cover doesn't work well in this configuration. The elastic band will get stretched to an unsteady position. If you intend to leave the armrest in its default back position, then this cover is 4.5 stars for you.
