This is the 2nd product I have tried from Blitzu. I worked in Physical Therapy and Lymphedema for 30 years. I have fitted braces, sleeves and garments to people more times than I could count. I also have tried and attempted to wear support on my knees, unsuccessfully in the past. This knee sleeve is hands down the best I have ever tried. Quality construction. Comfortable fabric. Comfortable fabric. Perfect Fit. Stays in place with activity. Decreases my knee pain. The ankle sleeve I purchased is the same experience. Blitzu knows what they are doing!

These sleeves are great...however...I am a senior and even though my measurement fell in the Medium range, it was too tight on my thigh. Was afraid it would cause a circulation problem. My husband who has thinner thighs had no problem with the medium size. I ordered another pair in large and they are perfect. Don't know how to advise here...order a size up if you are senior? Maybe a younger individual would not have this issue. But older people may not want it so tight? It is a very comfortable sleeve if sized right.
PS neither one of us is really overweight. My husband is slim and I have a 25 BMI...maybe 5 lbs overweight at best. We are not obese. However my thighs are more muscular and slightly larger than my husband's. Just a thought for those buying.

The seller was wonderful in helping me with my purchase. I was diagnosed with neuropathy. Lately it has become quite painful in the knee area as well, which makes movement for me hard at times while I am working or at home. I have tried a few other knee compression sleeves /wraps/ braces and nothing has helped give me the support or motion that helps to reduce the pain like these do.
As soon as I received these knee compression sleeves, I took out of the packaging and put them on. These sleeves stay put where I place them, they give me the needed support and allow me to move my knees better while helping to alleviate the pain. They are of a sturdy quality and are comfortable for me to wear for quite some time each day. Just the right amount of thickness as well. My items had no strange odor and appear to be an item that would clean easily when the time arises.
They come with a handy little instruction manual as well. They do have their precautions listed as well which is helpful as with any treatment, remedy is advisable through your physician to help make sure will not cause further complications for you. I know I made the right decision in this purchase and greatly appreciate this seller's help with my questions and in getting the correct size for me. Great quality and pricing.

Buy a smaller size if you are petite, especially if you are not more than 50 lbs overweight. I thought I was erring on the small size with an XL due to musculature and circumference suggesting I should buy even larger, but I figured that would be ridiculous for me.
The XL braces did help, but I was fortunate enough to accidentally buy my 3rd pair as L instead of XL. The shorter height of the L sleeve fits me better than the XL, and I can see now that the XL was too loose. I was getting too much compression at the top and bottom edges of the sleeve (on my upper and lower leg) and not enough compression across my knee, where I most needed the support.
These may not be a perfect fit for everyone, but they are durable unless used with other bracing that has the rough side of velcro interfering with the knit.
Like other compression wraps, they work better with leggings or skin-fitting jeans than loose slacks. I would not recommend these braces for bare skin if you have any texture sensitivities or skin fragilities, unless you have another compression wrap underneath and are using these as a supplemental finishing cover for medical-grade wraps that aren't built to crawl around the world.
I plan to wear these preventively at work after my injury recovery, for any jobs in which I'm using my knees excessively.
Pretty quick dry when handwashed. Have not machine-washed yet.
