Controller came with 2 sets of instructions and I could not get it to pair with my FireStick with either set. The instructions stated to call company before returning but the phone number was nowhere in/on the packaging. After a little research I located the phone number, called and the gentleman (Tony?) had me paired up in a few minutes time. After an hour or so play, the controller had a problem with one of the rocker's. I called back and was asked to put a note into the Amazon system and another controller would sent out. It was received yesterday as promised so now Tony (?) will get another "pairing call" since I suffer from CRS. Great controller and EXCELLENT company for the price!!!

Nana googled how to reconnect the game controller and was able to successfully reconnect them! Grandson is happy. Nana had the same trouble connecting to Firestick when we first got the controllers, them I read the directions to her.....and it worked!

I personally really mobile gaming, so I bought this to see how it would overall preform.
I can definitely say it isn't the best controller of all time, but it does have it's pros and cons.
The controller definitely has a decent battery life that lasts up to 10 hours for me. The layout feels good in the hand and all buttons function like normal. Though some games don't have built in controller settings, that's not the controller's fault. You can always get on screen button mappers and you can emulate controller inputs on them if you ever wanted to. Though this is a great experience for mobile, the creators added that it can be used on PC. Though that is a true statement, there is an input delay if more than 1 analog stick is being used. This is a great controller for games like Dead Trigger and Steam link, as I can play my entire steam library with the controller on my tablet if I'm not home.
Should you buy it? Definitely! Just try to use it on mobile devices only unless you can bare the input delay on computer.

It actually pairs with the tablet just fine but it initially paired under IOS. The Fire tablet runs a modified version of Android 9 Pie so it didn't function correctly. It took me about an hour or so to realize this. After I told my tablet to forget the controller and the restarted it and reset the controller (via the small pin-hole reset button on the back of the controller) the controller paired correctly under Android. It works quite well under various mobile games such as the mobile version of Final Fantasy IX. It also function well as a general remote (Don't need a remote for an 8 in. diagonal screen but that's besides the point.) as well. The only thing I'm not very satisfied with, besides the initial pairing issue, is the construction appears to be very, very cheap. It literally is so light that it feels like one of those really cheap child's toys you'd buy at a dollar store.
