HDMI input to my older TV the from DirecTV satellite box stopped working. This fixed it.

My 2002 46" LCD Samsung TV was getting a great HDMI signal from my Genie DirecTV satellite box for years. Then for some reason I got a message on the TV screen, after about 5 seconds of a good picture, that my HDMI TV input did not provide protection for the DirecTV signal input and that I should replace the HDMI cable to my TV with a component PC cable. I connected a newer LED TV to the satellite box and it worked great so the problem was not the DirecTV genie satellite box. So I bought this product. The 5 volt USB cable plugged into the back of the genie DirecTV box, the HDMI cable plugged into the back of the genie DirecTV box and the red, white and yellow cables plugged into my AV1 TV input jacks. Fixed the problem! The picture quality is not as good as with the1080 HDMI input but it is good enough. Without this device my older TV would be useless.

The media could not be loaded. HDMI to RCA Cable used to connect to an old GPX Everywhere TV 7" widescreen portable colored TV monitor model: TL709B , PS4 gameplay on the GPX was only Black & White.
I have not tried other composite( Yellow,White, Red ) connected TVs because newer flat panel TVs are now HDMI, and the old GPX 7" portable TV TL709B has a battery pack but does not hold anymore charge ( the AC/DC power adapter that came with the GPX TL709B remains connected to power outlet for tv monitor to work.
Overall the HDMI to RCA Cable worked great for a portable monitor without HDMI.
