Horrible Quality

Bonnet is a nice size. I have long locs (down to lower back) and all my hair fits in bonnet. Even though the size is good, I was surprised at how cheaply made this thing is. Quality is horrible. Upon arrival there were threads hanging that I had to cut off. Upon my third use the bonnet ripped at the seam (see attached photo)

When i use it for a mask or moisture treatment, I put a plastic bag over my head, like a 10 cent (if you live in California), plastic😉 grocery bag over my head and neck and then put the bonnet dryer over my head on low speed with low heat so it doest get too hot on my neck or ears (because of the plastic bag covering them). I rotate between low heat and cool for a minute if it gets too hot with my blow dryer. Halfway through I also rotate the back of the bonnet around to the front of my head because the front doesn't have as many vent holes to disperse the heat as the back and sides (like pretty much most bonnets), and/so it doesn't get the same direct heat as the back. Makes sense. It's nice and big so it will get as much or as little hair/size rollers as you need. It has an adjustable close string around the top and adjustable chin strap on the bottom. Neither uncomfortable! The plastic bag makes it better because you dont get extra heat on your ears that leaks out if youre trying to get your sideburns during a mask or mold, or drying in general. Works great for me! First time using a bonnet by the way 😊.
All in all, I really like this hair dryer.

This little hair dryer really does the trick. Dried my very thick curly hair curled in pin curls with bobby pins in 1 hour and I used only the warm heat setting on my blow dryer. It fit my blow dryer perfectly, I was lucky to have a blow dryer with a narrower barrel, but I can see what others have said about it being impossible to get on your blow dryer if the barrel is too wide. As far as the holes letting the warm air escape, I didn't experience that at all. Yes air was escaping because if those holes weren't there, it would be too much pressure inside that cap. But there was plenty of warm air circulating inside the cap, as a matter of fact, if you don't use the strap that goes under your neck, it would be impossible to keep on, that's how much pressure there is.It's very noisy, but that is to be expected with all hair dryers, I suggest you wear ear plugs. It's a large cap, I have tried it with pincurls, with just a hairnet over my hair (and with those two settings you must use the neck strap) and 20 jumbo velcro rollers (you don't need the neck strap with those) and I have a large head and the cap fit fine over everything. All in all, I really like this hair dryer, it's amazingly compact, it keeps me from having to take an ENTIRE DAY JUST TO WASH MY HAIR, and it was unbelievably affordable. I think it will last a good while. I am happy with this purchase and recommend it.

I haven't curled my hair with curlers for years, and part of the reason was that I didn't have a hood hair dryer and didn't want one sitting around taking up space. And, I certainly wouldn't take it on a trip or pack it!!! But, I like the softer look that curlers can give so decided to try this dryer attachment. Works great! (Now, it did blow off the hair dryer when I put it on full but that ended up being to hot for me anyway so that problem is moot.) Also, it folds up into a tiny drawstring bag that I can pack and take with me. Now, if they just made collapsible curlers! All in all, I like the option it provides to me without taking up hardly any space.

I cannot believe that I waited so long to get this. Sooo happy with my purchase. I've been natural since 2013 and of course dreaded drying my hair. However, this gem changes everything. I could sit in my bed and watch television. I even use it when I'm working in my home office as it allows me so much more flexibility. Not to mention it seriously cuts the drying time in half even using the low setting . I couldn't believe it. Plus, being natural I really don't use heat to dry my hair anyway so this really helps.
