I received this on time. I use it almost everyday. The comfort is just okay for me but it helps relieve some of the pain. Wished it went up a bit higher up the back and wider for relief distribution. It's otherwise a good product.

Substantial size, firm and supportive as advertised. The hot/cold lumbar pack and separate pillow were great choices. I used it on my day work chair and would say it definitely provided the right support for the healing of my lower back pain. I had hurt my back and was really concerned it might have been a disc issue, the pain was that bad, so I was looking for a serious lumbar pillow. All good now fortunately but I intend to purchase another because I feel it promotes proper posture.
