Bought this as a gift for my brother who's had multiple voice surgeries. He loves it! He now wears it at meetings and other gatherings and is once again able to join in on conversations. He wishes the mic was a little less bulky, but other than that he's very happy with the technology.

This does not work. If there is any background noise, it just screams and screams. The directions are in micro micro print and obviously translated from another language into English. I bought this to use for my parent's 50 wedding anniversary. I ended up shouting instead. It does not work in an environment with any ambient noise. Do not waste your money. I hope I can return this.
