I ordered this as a replacement for an old one that didn't work anymore (not the same maker). It feels a little bit skimpier than the old one. But it's adequate. I find that it takes some effort to get it pumped up, but it does stay inflated once there and the valve is locked. That's the small, but important part that was negative, they do not show an image or explanation on how to work the lock. (I'll save you the trouble I had. Roll the round plastic inner wheel forward to release and backward to lock it)
