After reorder and return, I'm sure it's a design problem. The bits themselves work fine and looks durable. However, the reason why I gave three stars instead of four or five is the label. The label for each bits look differently from the photos. It measures the bits with mm instead of inch, and it doesn't show the cutaway view of the bits so it's kind of difficult for me to quickly find the one I need- I actually have to go to website and open the photos online, then find the one at the same position from my box.
Update 1:
Seller contacted me explained that the label error was due to the shipping error from factory but they don't have solution to fix it except for offering free return....I decided to bite bullets and hope the quality of the bits over weights the inconvenience from label....Well, then I found that the screw for the collar of one bit was stripped the first time I tried to take it off. Also I checked other bits and found two of them were stripped and one was almost stripped. Now I have to returned it. Apparently, this issue is much bigger than label. Good news is: I tried three of them and all of them were working and stayed strong....Maybe I got another lemon.....
