I ordered two hats and one was fine but the gray one arrived with a crease across the bill that can't be smoothed out. The other hat was packaged differently and is fine. I like the chin strap to keep it in place when I do water aerobics classes and it does keep the sun off your face. Overall a good hat but unhappy with the crease in the front.

I didn't like the slicky material plus it was received with a dirty edge even though it was inside of a sealed plastic bag. they seller did give a prompt refund though. I would have kept it with the little bit of dirt had I liked the texture material better. it was really cute and I really wanted that large visor for outdoor work

I love these wide, full brim hats as I am very fair skinned and live in Arizona. They are also nicely light weight so do not make me feel any increased heat, they are easy to wet down to make them cooler as well if needed. They provide much needed extra shade for my eyes which is of extreme importance to me due to early macular degeneration.They are available in a lovely array of colors, I found the decoration to be just right, lovely and sutle. I am not usually a flashy person. These would be vey easy to dress up if a person wished to and was at all creative. I may well buy more.
