European Power Cable; Hate it!

I pretty much love it! It's just that they gave me a European cable instead of the US one shown in the product page. I don't know who did this but I hate it! Because of NeeGo (or maybe amazon) now I need to go to the store to buy a travel adapter. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this product.

This review is for the kit, not the individual hardware components. The components themselves are pretty slick.
There is zero documentation for this thing.... took me better part of an hour to find out how to hook up the touch screen awareness. There is all sorts of unexpected behavior. The page the box says to go to does not mention this kit at all. I received a power supply plug for a different country. Anything they could have screwed up... they did.
Seriously guys, if you're selling a kit, it should just go together without too much hassle.

The hardware is great but the documentation is weak. In particular, the display is upside down when the case is set up in the most natural position. It is necessary to add a line to the configuration file to flip the display, but I found nothing about this in the documentation. There seemed to be an indication that the case could be flipped over, but with the power plugged in, that wasn't practical.
Great kit with many uses.

I needed a basic computer to monitor my internet connection. I'm not a tech guy but had a friend who was very familiar with raspberry Pi and he put the kit together in just a few minutes. While he was doing this he explained all the many uses this, what I thought was a toy, could be put to. I was impressed. Now I'm looking for other reasons to buy another one.
