We really like this product. Expensive and doesn't go far. Finished project and did not drive on it for 2 months. Went away put car in garage for a month and paint came up where tires were. Disappointing
Why bad reviews?!

I waited to long to try this cuase of all the bad reviews but after redoing my front porch I ended up doing the whole walkway and ally in my back area to. If it was cheaper I'd redo my drive also. I waited over a year to write this so I can say it's worth it. I did have to figure out what worked best as far as the way you paint it on. I use a small roller and would pour the paint out in small amounts then kinda spread it in the area that I need it w my roller. I would do small sections and then move on. This worked out great considering I could only buy one can at a time cuz of how much they are (I normally waited for "used" cans so it wasn't to bad). But I've had very little issues as far as cracking from weather and I live in deep east Texas so it rains a lot and I'm in a flood zone so I feel like if it was going to it would have. I see a lot of these bad reviews are people that painted on wrong or didn't follow directions prior to putting it on. I had previously power washed all these areas to make sure that anything loose was off. It massively upgraded my curb appeal which is great because this is a old house that we bought and do not have the finances to completely redo everything. All in all outside of cost it's great

I love this product! Its so durable for my exposed concrete stoop. I have been searching years for something that could hold up to weather. I was skeptical of the price, but it is so worth it! The biggest complaint I have is that it is hard to get even. Watch lots of videos and stir, stir, stir! You wont be disappointed!
You will need more than you think!

Okay. So, the consistency is THICK and TEXTURED. I could not spread this with ANY type of roller. I had to use a paint brush. So I don't recommend it for large spaces. I used this for my covered 9' by 12' patio. I took 2 cans to cover one layer to give you an idea. I did it all by hand with a paint brush but it's coverability is very good. As for weather hold up, since I did it on a covered patio it seems to be doing OK on the edges but not sticking as well as I hoped with the rain we had. But I would still recommend this for small covered spaces absolutely.
It looks like a resort around the pool now!

The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 is because I don't know the longevity yet. Make sure to do the proper acid cleaning first. I had about 350 sq ft and it took about 10 gallons for 2 coats. I could of done 3 coats, but 2 did enough of the coverage I desired. Note when first putting down it looks gray, but dries to a lite tan. If you want darker, best to use something else. Don't get caught up with people having issues applying, they don't know what they are doing. Make sure to use the right adhesive roller and I used a brush for the cracks. It took me about 2 1/2 hours to do the first coat, which I did prior to getting dark. Then let it sit overnight and did the second coat early in the morning. Take your time on the second coat, rolling in all patterns and evenly, this will help reduce patching spots. Love it!!!
