Unfortunately it arrived and the first prong on slicer was split and ready to break off â˜¹ï¸ I was really excited to start using this. It looks like it would be a great tool had it not come broken. Returning and might order another one. FYI... Made in China
Ok but some problems that could be corrected

It is made of bamboo as described and well constructed. A few problem are as follows:
1. There is not a normal slicing guage ie - sandwich bread purchased presliced at the grocery
2. It moves so cutting uniform pieces is very hard - maybe if you had one person hold while the other slices. While cutting it moved & I sliced off a piece of the gauge.
3. The guides move because the side cutout is too large - look at the video posted (the 2 sides).
I might just use it as a drying rack for cups so it does have alternate uses.
Just beware of the movement - while I was trying to hold in place I almost cut my finger.
I have a metal soap slicing guage and will be looking for a similiar metal bread slicing guage.

Just ok. I use it often as I make homemade bread every other week. Husband just thinks it is a bother. Will continue to use and I like it ok.
Easy Assembly

I like this because it can be taken apart and reassembled very easily as you can see in the video provided. this allows for very quick and easily cleaning as well as just to put it away for a later time. This product is made from Bamboo so it is very lightweight. Since it is alight brown color it will probably match with any kitchen you may have. At first the assembly may look a little complicated when you first take it out of the box but it's really easy to get the hang of.
Another thing I liked is that this product comes in a really pretty box. I will include a picture of that as well.
