I've been using my rolator for over a year now. I've enjoyed it and it works well for me. However, over time the handle grips have worn because I hold up my body weight often. I called to order new grips.
They explained that they are permanently attached to the handle so to replace I need to purchase the entire handles, brake system, & back tires.
Handles came loose within weeks of owning but ok. How much? $60
They ordered them drop shipped to me. They arrived relatively quickly.
I have yet to install just because I'm in the middle of packing & holding an estate sale.
Car service were very nice and they found the part number to order very quickly.
This seller is great in how quickly she did everything.

I really like this one. It's larger, but can go through the average doorway. Only thing I would change it the handle height. It's very limited and needs to come up higher for 6' plus people.

My 90-year old mother was primarily using a cane to get around. I bought this rollator to take with us on a 2-week vacation in Cabo (MX). Like most older adults my mother was a touch resistant to using it in public initially (e.g., getting down to the pool). She started using it around the villa and then one day into the second week, instead of calling one of us to escort her down to the pool cane only for safety reasons, she came zipping down to the pool using the rollator. We were in shock! While she was only using the cane we would escort her to the ladies room, to go back up to the villa, etc. all of her movements needed to be coordinated with one of us. With the rollator she was FREE to come and go as she wanted safety and confidently.

Her posture improved 1000% and she mentioned having less aches and pains. Makes sense not leaning over or walking with crooked posture. My guess is she was no longer leaning on the arm and side holding the cane and she was looking out not down at the ground using the rollator.

There was no issue assembling it as there are letters on each piece so you know where each part attaches.

The design is sleeker than many other rollators out there, I like the treaded wheels with the larger wheels in the front and the champagne color we new my mother would love. Color was key! The price was inline and in many cases lower than other rollators with similar features.

Another reason I purchased this rollator is because in the description it clearly states it comes with a carry bag. NO carry bag. I reached out to the seller and, instead of sending me a bag, said there was an error in the description and this rollator did not come with the bag. I then contacted Amazon customer service and they made it more than right by refunding me in full and I did not have to return the rollator. Wow! Wow! Wow!
