This stuff works pretty well. I did the back of my tacoma and plan to do my doors at some point. If its a flat area try to use as big of a sheet as you can, but also had cutting it up and applying it to unlevel surfaces. Be sure to use gloves. I also love this is the 1/3 of the price of some similar stuff.

Sticks great customer service is great

I bought 80 mil from another company on Amazon before(Niacon I believe) it was much thicker and heavier(just the weight of the boxes was obvious) ... it is really good material none the less, but its not 80 mil...closer to 50-70 mil unfortunately. it still works fine, but still a little disappointed.

I bought a couple rolls of this to try to lower the road sound inside my truck. Its pretty heavy, just like the expensive stuff from the car audio store, and really is the exact same stuff, just a lot better price. This stuff is really sticky. Make sure the surface is clean and dry, and this stuff will stick, no problems, and it contours nicely, and make sure you apply from one side to the next to ensure all the hills and valleys are covered. I don't think weight is much of a problem, I'm not racing and it is a full size truck, I have only done the doors at this point, so the more the heavier so we'll see. Since its only the doors, I have not noticed much in the sound deadening affect of the product, still sounds the same as before, but as I said, Ill keep covering more and more and see if there are any benefits, so Ill probably be updating this as I go. As far as adhesion and weight, its just like the expensive stuff, and I think this will work just fine.

installed in my 65 mustang and 36 sqft was enough to do about 2/3 of the floor so I will be ordering another set. It comes in individual rectangles which makes it easy to install. Make sure you place it where you want it because once it is pressed down it's not coming up. My car has a lot less road noise and brought down the heat from the engine compartment.
