Pros:
- Pet station can be placed anywhere and the water seemed to always be cold, even though I never filled it with the cooler water
- Night light near dispensers can be turned on and off
- Excess water indicator for receptacle below where the bottles are placed
- Can remove pet bowl separate from the base that locks into the machine
- Lights to indicate when water is cooling/heating
- Pretty low noise
- Light

Cons:
- Must be on a 100% flat surface if you want to use the pet bowl. Any angle caused by it being on carpet will make the bowl not lock in and therefore unusable
- Hot water dispenser puts out cold water for a few seconds before turning hot
- Buttons are crap. They are very loose/wobbly and require too much force to depress while you wait for a bottle to fill. The slide lock is just unpleasant to slide.
- Small hot water capacity. I used it for making a small bowl of ramen and it was only hot for the first 70% of water that went into the bowl.
- Takes too long to cool water. 1hr is kind of ridiculous
- Metal aftertaste from water
- Covers for other pet bowl locations fall of really easily
- GFCI plug not built into the outlet
- Plastic pet bowl instead of stainless steel
- Pet bowl has to be angled when inserting, so water spills if you need to remove just the bowl part
- Many people report that the front pet dispenser does not work
- No handles to make moving easier
- No self cleaning function
- Can barely fit small smartwater bottle into dispenser
- After about 1 wee the water from the top of the dispenser began running out and over the sides. The bottle filler spots also began dripping. It soaked my floor and could never be used again. The support chat just said "try using a different bottle" even though the three I used never had issues.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I'd ordered a bottom load cooler from another company. It didn't work, I attempted to work with the distributor to fix the issue, no go. I ended up returning it after they didn't call me back after 3 messages. I found this one for like $40 cheaper. I was sold on it by the pet water dish. This is such a great feature! My cats are super picky about their water situation and they've all drank out of this with zero issues. Primo is PRIMO!

I just received this water dispenser today and can say I'm so happy I bought it. Easy to put together, fills cups with hot or cold water rather quickly.. not at a dribble pace like some. I also bought a few 3 gallon bottles for weight purposes and went to the water machine at the local grocery store to fill them up. I was however surprised that the amount of water which drains out of the bottle the first time tipping up and onto the unit too nearly half the water which went down into the machine. I was really worried I had a leak but it's just normal.

There is a "spike" in the opening where you'd put the bottle to puncture its cap. My 3 gallon bottles have screw caps so I just have to be careful when I put the bottle upside down into the water container partition.

All in all... very happy. Highly recommend!

water cooling feature is a plus, has a good flow rate when dispensing water. Make sure you have a "no splash cap" on the top of the water bottle, it's a must have or you will have water all over the floor!

I love it, and so do my dogs! Easy to set up and came with some coupons. Their brand of water is a bit pricey even with coupons so i will be looking into the refillable bottles. I like that the buttons are up high so my toddler doesn't notice them because i'd have a mess on my hands if he could see or reach them. The water also chilled much fast than the owner manual said it would which is nice. The dog bowl is dishwasher safe too! I'm very happy with this purchase!
