Perfect for my needs. We built a barrier along the outside to keep out anything that might burrow. It's been up a week and works great. There are zippers on both sides of the flap so if one side fails you have the other. We also used wire ties to attach the bottom to the frame. Went together fairly easily. I intend to drape a shade cloth over it when the weather gets hotter here in the desert.

I had to add additional zip ties along the bottom to supplement the fabric ties already included to stop the raccoons getting their paws in.
