The taste was great but too much water residue dripped into the bottom of the unit. The unit must be unplugged, taken to the sink, tipped over and drained. Very awkward.

Only the top half of the steamer was delivered. I was wondering why I was contacted by the sender asking me about the product and was everything okay with the delivery. So I open the box to find that all the pieces to the product was not there. The main part to be exact, The bottom half that you would need because that's where the controls are. I was hoping there was a separate box it can in but there wasn't one.
