No idea how it works. Unfortunately, the cap broke as I was trying to pry open the bottle. The glass dropper broke off and I didn't want to risk digesting glass. Bummer. I was looking forward to trying this. I will not repurchase because the cap is WAY too difficult to open.

Bursitis (arthritis related) of my hips is cured. After two years of being inactive, I'm walking again thanks to these miraculous drops. Even severe arthritis of my shoulders appear to be improving, too early to tell but I think the drops are having a positive effect. I cannot recommend these drops more highly for arthritis related pain and mobility issues.
