So happy I purchased. Very easy to manage, easy clean up. Smooth & perfect cut. One full charge, 40V, does 1/2 acre. Back yard. But I walk slow. It charges in 2 hrs. Then do the front yard, half of 1/2 acre. Been using 3 months now and I love it.

We bought this mower to do a large strip of steeply inclined lawn (that has flowering plants and trees) as our larger gas-powered mowers were too large and scary to handle it.
We have only used this mower twice but it did a good job cutting through the grass (and weeds)! The batteries don't quite last the entire area, so we will likely purchase a second set, but so far are very pleased with our purchase.

First impression of the mower is that you would buy something like this for your child to help with yard work. Except that it cuts grass, really well. This is not a brush hog by any description, but it has five height levels and is extremely adequate to tame my 500 square feet of "lawn."

Not sure I will ever use the cuttings catcher, but it is here and functional. Whisper quiet means no headphones, light weight and convenient handle makes it easy to tote. It does fold up to fit on a shelf, just like in the photos. Per the battery power gauge, I may get through an entire season on one charge.

To be fair, I should have listened to the reviews that said it could only do about 1/4 acre on a single charge. This is a fantastic mower, but boy am I kicking myself for not listening to the reviews. I have a 1/2 acre lot with approximately 10,000 square feet of grass. I just re-seeded, so I've been told to keep my grass as tall as possible to shade the roots, and mowing through the jungle of grass makes it so it takes longer to get through. This means less grass gets mowed on a single charge. I can only get about 1/4 through before I need to charge again. I did buy a second set of batteries, but still can only get through 1/2 of the yard with the 2 sets. I imagine that if I was able to walk faster and not have to trim so much, I could get through the whole yard with the 2 sets, but at this point I cannot. Still an amazing mower. The mulching capability is great, and I like that it gives more power if you're going through really thick areas. It would be the best mower ever if the battery life was just a bit longer!

Got this to replace a Fiskars reel mower that was aggravating me due to its weight, lack of maneuverability and lack of reach. This machine made short work of not overly overgrown but extremely dense grass (whatever mix of unnamed stuff I have growing). I love being able to carry it around. I had a full-size, battery-powered Black and Decker I let go when I decided to get the Fiskars, and would say this Worx does as good a job as the B&D but is way more fun and zippy. I have a couple small lawns/wide paths with lots of beds with curved edging. This machine is PERFECT for this setup. The grass catcher is easy on and off and the handle makes it very easy to "pour out" the grass clippings. The height attachment is a bit clunky but works. It mows everything in its path evenly--unlike the reel mower that can just flatten but not cut seed spikes, sedges, etc. this machine leaves a uniform cut, no need for a final pass with the weed trimmer to get the stragglers (caveat: I did not run it over sticks or leaves, just very lush grass). Fingers crossed it lasts a long time!
