fit perfectly into my portable enclosure. Noise level is good. you barely even notice it. speed is good even through my usb3.0 enclosure. so there is minimal down time on loading chapters. the one I got came with PowerDVD 14, which is a pretty good player software.
With the cyberlink software it will play a regular blu ray movie.

The previous lg blu ray i bought would not play blu rays. Lg tech support was argumentative and would not help with the problem.
So i returned it.
This one came with cyberlink software and that has a blu ray player, so now i can watch blu rays on computer.
It installed in the computer bay with no problems
And havent had an issue with noise.

This is now old technology so the installation and use of these optical drives is basic.

I was a little worried about this as so many of the internal blu-ray drives for sale don't explicitly say they will work with Windows 10. This one took me less than 10 minutes to physically switch out my DVD drive and boot up on a 5 year old desktop. It started working immediately with no effort on my part to install drivers or software. VLC player allowed me to play Blu-Rays as easily as DVDs. Very satisfied!
