You can't beat the economy of this item. And unlike some others I'd looked at that got poor reviews for unwanted flexibility - this one works. I needed a brace for sleeping and this one has withstood the test. It keeps my arm from bending in my sleep and the spine hasn't broken. And I appreciate that I was able to order the larger version for my fat arms. Downside: I would have spent a few more dollars if I could get better velcro. The velcro on this is cheap and often comes undone. Worse: it's very noisy. Not good if you sleep with another person that's a light sleeper.

If you do not want your elbow to bend at all like I did THIS IS the brace for you because it has 3 metal braces inside! I actually wear mine all day right now until the orthopedic hand surgeon tells me not too. The velcro straps are adjustable and it was very easy for me to put on by myself. The trick is to loop the velcro straps first then slide your arm in and then tighten the straps. The only issue I have had is it sometimes slips down my arm. All I do if just adjust it and it's fine again.

The product works well and is exactly as described, the strips of Velcro for securing are quite a bit long and the only portion they stick to rather small so I may be trimming those down but overall an excellent product that does what I need it to do.
