Super easy to install and use

Once I unpacked the cooler, I just had to plug it in and start using it. The cold water is super cold, and the hot water is perfect for tea or hot chocolate. I use the cool water most often for when I run, etc. I have 5 gallon filtered water bottles delivered every month (not Primo brand), and it is very easy to pop the hose in and push the jug into the bottom of the cooler. The indicator light tells me when the jug is empty and there is very little water left in the bottom of the 5 gallon jug. I just pour that into a glass and drink it before putting in a new jug. I've never had a cooler at home before, and I love how easy it is to use and that I'm helping the environment by re-using the 5 gallon jugs and not using individual water bottles.

I love that I can just buy a couple of 5gal water jugs and have water for a couple weeks to a month. (I was sick of getting water bottles, going through them like crazy because ppl would take a couple sips and forgot which one is there's)
When we first set it up, there was an issue with leakage - my husband had to mess with the water cords at the top of the machine.. it seems as though it wasn't placed correctly. I rarely hear any noise and when I do it's more like a white noise. The taste of the water is great!
I'm completely happy and brag about this product whenever ppl come and ask.
(They also add in a free coupon for up to $14 for the water jugs-which can buy you about two-Score!)

I purchased for our bedroom. It is 100 ft to our refrigerator and the one nearer is bottled water. I wanted something close and quite. It meets all the requirements and price will pay for itself over a year or so. I dont have the Primo water here, but would like to try, just don't know location in Easter NC.
Actually, it is quiet 90% of the time. it does come on at night, but I don't hear it unless i am awake and that doesn't last long. It is so much better than bottled water, easy of use, cost. No lifting a 5 gal bottle to a top-loaded cooler.

Tired of constantly buying water filters for your tiny refrigerator pitcher, AND having to clean the pitcher? We were. GET THIS. SO WORTH IT. So easy to use and looks really nice in the kitchen. You do have to purchase the self-refillable 5 gallon jugs once (they are somewhere between $12 and $18 each) at your nearest Primo station, but then each refill after that is like $2. Again, worth it over time. You can also have either room temp, scalding hot, or very cold water whenever you want, AND turn off those functions if you don't use them. There is even a light for nighttime. SO NICE. The ONE thing I am sad about is the amount of space you have to place your mug/cup underneath--I often fill big/awkward things like my coffee pot or a pot for cooking and it is easy to spill because you can't put it in any further, but if you just watch and be careful it's fine. I hope this helps.

I take the 5 gallon jugs to my local Publix & fill them for $1.75 for 5 gallons. The hot water comes out at a good temperature, i use it to make my tea. I would recommend this dispenser. My family loves it & asked me why I didn't buy this sooner!
