I have ordered this SIJ hip belt twice due to hypermobility in my SIJs and lower back. I experience pain in both my lower back and groin due to this issue. I find this belt provides quick relief of my lower back pain. It is easy to put on and stays in place for the most part. When I can wear it under clothes, it stays in place great. In instances where I have to wear it over clothes, it can slide up if I am sitting and standing frequently. The quality of this hip belt is high. I have bought 2, probably a year apart. Unlike many products, that the quality seems to go down, the second belt I purchased was even better than the first one.
I have also tried the more expensive Bauer SacroLoc Back Support in the past with good relief of my lower back pain, While I did find that brace effective in decreasing my SIJ and groin pain, I'm not sure it's worth the price of $224.95. I feel the Vriksasana Sacroiliac Hip Belt provides significant relief at a significantly less cost of $20-$30. I would highly recommend this belt.

After several rounds of physical therapy I was finally identified as having sacroiliac joint paint and not just lower back and hip pain or sciatica. My physical therapist used mild manual manipulation on my SI joint and promptly placed me in a SI belt for the duration of my PT session. The compression alleviated many of my symptoms, and I jumped on Amazon right away to order my personal SI belt.

The Vriksasana Sacroiliac Hip Belt for Women and Men arrived within two days. It was packaged very well and was new. I immediately began wearing the belt for much of the day with only brief intervals without the belt. For the first few days I even slept in the belt very comfortably. With each passing day the pain gradually decreased, and before I knew it the lower back pain was replaced with minor tightness, which is very likely attributed to my poor posture. The radiating pain in my hip region also began to diminish and continues to improve after a little more than seven days of consistent use.

The belt is very user friendly. It stretches nicely without losing compression and has 'grabbers' on the inside of the belt that prevent it from slipping or riding up. I've worn it with jeans, leggings, and shorts without any issues. It even stays in place while sleeping (I admittedly do not flail about while sleeping, but there is some movement throughout the night). The belt is fully adjustable when putting it on and you pull simultaneously on the compression straps to reach your individual level of comfort.

I believe the Vriksasana Sacroiliac Hip Belt for Women and Men is more comfortable than the one I initially wore during my physical therapy session.

I am having some issues with my SI joint. I ordered this SI Hip Belt to help stabilize it while I heal. I had an SI belt years ago and, in comparison, this would work better if the belt portion *wasn't* stretchy. It's too challenging to get it tight enough. This one is better at "not" slipping, which helps a little.

The epic FAIL in this scenario is the SELLER/SHIPPER. They slapped a label on the box"”no envelope, no carton. It's winter. It's raining. I don't always receive a timely a notification when a product has been delivered. So this is the second Amazon product that I have received this week where the box is a soggy mess. If I wanted to return it, I doubt I could.

This belt is better than my old one. I like the 2 extra straps that expand. It makes the clothes one is wearing nicer with added support.

I didn't like wearing a full-waist belt for my lower back, so I decided to try this belt. It did the trick. It's less invasive and allows you to stay cool in hot environments. It also hides well under a shirt. I lent it to a friend and she liked it so much she ended up keeping it and ordering me a new one.
