The media could not be loaded. This was very easy to install. I installed by myself in about 15 minutes. It seems very sturdy and the catching magnets work great.
I was concerned it would be too small for my 24 lb cat but it's perfect & he figured out how to use it in under 60 seconds. I installed this in my sub-basement window for him to come & go as he pleases while I'm working down there. He loves his new freedom and is actually inside more now that he knows he doesn't have to wait for someone to come or go.

We LOVE this screen doggy door! We have two Lab mix rescues (40lbs and 48lbs). Our yard is fenced in, so whenever they wanted to go out, they'd ring a bell on the door handle and one of us would open the door to let them out. This has made life so much easier for us when we are on conference calls working from home! Our screen door for our slider had a few snags in it, so we had the screen replaced first and then we installed this doggy door. It was relatively easy to install (less than 30 minutes). At first, the dogs didn't know what to do with it, but we led them through using treats back and forth and they learned very quickly! Now we can keep our glass slider open just enough to clear this swinging doggy door and they let themselves in and out throughout the day. At night, we close and lock the glass slider so the house is secure. We didn't want a doggy door that was always available because we didn't want other animals getting into the house at night. I would highly recommend this. We purchased and installed it a few months ago and I waited to write this review to see if it would hold up to our two high-energy Labs who go in and out all day long! So far so good!

this is one of the best purchases i've made. my dog loves to be in and out constantly so i would get up, let her out, sit down, and she'd be ready to come back in, so up i got"¦again, and repeat lol. i was a bit skeptical of how this would hold up and thought it might tear the screen but it's been installed for months and held up extremely well. installation was very easy. great customer service as well, my package was missing nuts and they sent me replacements.
