This one hat was the one that fit me and that one I decided to keep it that's why I did not return it. But there was another one just like it that was mis formed like the whole top part would have to sit on you head in a different or crooked position or reform the hat.

I needed this product for a trip to Mississippi. When I got it, it fit pretty good(I didn't really know my hat size, but the guide helped pretty well). It's a pretty thick cotton, and very soft. The rim of the hat is shape-able. I like the fact that I can change the brim, but it is also a tad bit difficult to really push out the creases. I would 100% buy another one. Worth every penny!

Ordered a black hat from the same seller/manufacturer a little while ago and was very happy. Decided to go with a brown hat in similar style from the same seller. Hat looks great, but I sure wouldn't describe the color as "brown." I would definitely say it is more grayish/greenish than brown. Ordered brown, label says brown, hat not brown. I'm gonna keep it because it's still cool, but just not exactly what I was hoping for.
