If you are wondering if you should get these or not, I would highly recommend just buying them. I was also debating if this is actually necessary but decided to buy them anyway and I'm so glad I did. It's been so much better than the mesh they give at the hospital. It also doesn't feel ridiculously bulky and if I need to manage pain, I can easily fit a Frida ice maxi pad inside. It's honestly wonderful and so far I haven't had any leaks which I'm sure would not have been the case if I was using the mesh from the hospital. I'm really tempted to continue using these for regular periods at night because it's been so nice not having to worry how or which way I'm sleeping to avoid a leak.
