I am short on kitchen towels. Utility towels from hardware stores just don't hold up if you really clean your kitchen, and I don't like using paper towels for EVERYTHING. These are microfiber towels, with a sort of scrubbing side, which is really handy. The microfiber absorbs liquid like nobody's business (we're clumsy here) and really, the only reason I knocked off a star is because I was expecting them to be the size of a regular kitchen towel.
