We are using this as a holding pin/quarantine/hospital for chickens. It is fantastic! It is large enough to house a full-grown chicken or rooster (with roost) and still have room for food and water. With the mesh around it, it is airy and easy to see in/out.

My two dogs dauchands and granddaughter fit into it comfortably. (Medium size). Took a few times getting in for dogs to learn to pick up their feet so it wouldn't fold in on them but once they learned no further problems. I leave the door unzipped and they have enjoyed going in and resting.

Honestly when I first got this I was so excited and happy because I bought a 11 week old puppy it was perfect! Enough space for a pillow and blanket for him. My puppy is not 13 weeks he tore through the bottom of it their is a huge hole and now he is biting the net part which is leaving whole. I only put him in it at night or when I leave the house during the day. It's basically ruined! I wouldn't bother buying especially for a puppy whose teething may be good for a bigger trained dog?
