Maybe a little underpowered

As mentioned, this is an ATV sized wench. However, for my application, this was installed to a trailer hitch plate on a SUV.
I use this wench to recover logs from downed trees on our property. It has worked flawlessly since installed.
The cable as with any steel cable started fraying in just the first few uses. The spooling has the tendency to bunch up. I assume these issues are from a cheaper quality cable.
Installation is pretty straightforward, just make sure the wire kit has enough length to run the length of your vehicle for any setup, as the motor will not run properly unless both the positive and negative are straight to the block (you can NOT ground to chassis, using your chassis as negative)

This thing mounted right up to my 2020 Yamaha Wolverine x2 R-spec with the included mounting plate. Was super easy for me to install. I never installed anything like this before and had no issues. I love the wireless remote control because you have to push a small button to turn it on this is a good feature so if the control buttons get bumped around nothing will happen while you are riding. I have not actually used this winch to pull myself out from being stuck yet so I couldn't give it 5 stars. Overall the thing seems pretty sturdy and well built.

I had an issue with receiving the wrong model but the seller made it right so as to the reasons for the stars. The product is a good value for the price. Install the as pretty simple if you have some mechanical skills. I say that because of the wiring diagram it's pretty vague. The switch that comes with it is a little bulky if mounting on sxs so some modification is required. Other than those minor issues I have no complaints and it works well
