I had to purchase this for the 2nd time because it cracked in the center. The step is nice overall but I don't know why they put all kinds of support around the edges but not in the MIDDLE where you need it the most. I had to have someone cut me a wooden block to insert in the middle section for the new step. I wish the company would fix this issue.
