This stain works just like a stain is supposed to. I like the look but you must wipe it on and immediately wipe off within minutes not hours or days. I tried a small spot to see and left it on for a day. It won't dry down if you do that so it must be wiped on and off. Its nice golden color.

I am a firm believer in oil based sealers and this sealer appears to have nailed it! I did't rate longevity because I am keeping my fingers crossed. Rain is due in tomorrow so I will see how well the rain "beads up" on the deck. Overall, looks great and I am happy!
