I had a narrower one that did not support my unstable SI joint near as well. This is soft against bare skin, easy to get on and off, and fits under my jeans and clothes without being terribly noticeable. Note: You do have to make sure your SI joint is in place before putting this on, if it is not it will increase your pain. I wear this daily and at night during flair ups and can now go longer between flare ups.
