I finally settled on a pair of higher block-soled heels for my daughter's wedding. This after buying and returning 9 pairs. I decided the shoes I kept were the best option but they still weren't comfortable. I ordered these pads as a last-ditch hope. Wow! These make all the difference in the world. Easy to apply and VERY comfortable. They really helped. I did a trial run and wore my new shoes all day with no issues. It definitely was the pad that made the difference. The price was inexpensive and you get two pairs. I'm going to need a few more of these. I would definitely recommend these pads!

These have good support but the issue I had was that these pads are definitely thicker than the usual shoe pad. So I would only use these for shoes that are at least one full size larger than your regular shoe size. I found my toes a bit squished in my pumps due to this. I would purchase again but be mindful of the space you have in the shoes.

I bought these in hope my 55 year old feet could feel comfort at the ball of my foot. Honestly I believe the cushions did the best they could. I just shouldn't wear such high heels anymore. But they worked for my special occasion. It would of been worse without them.

Bought these as I have constant ball of foot discomfort/pain. Had a wedding and wanted to wear my silver shoes w kitten heels (but a shoe w higher arch) The minute u stick them down... they r there for life, lol. So much so that when I tried to re-position one, the material that made up the arch/sole of the shoe came with the pad! Know where u want them before u peel n stick. Did help w the balls of my feet.
Great for plantar fasciitis avoidance.

Recently purchase a couple of pairs of high hea sandals with minimal arch support and ball of foot cushioning. I took an educated risk and ordered these. Each item has an adhesive backing that allowed me to fit it into the proper place for me in each shoe. These pads make the shoes more comfortable and easier to wear for longer formal occasions without the occurrence of foot pain. Very good quality, but the arch supports tend to lift and not stay fully attached, so that is reason enough to drop a point on my scoring. I will definitely buy again, if available when needed.
