Super easy to install and provides ample excuse for a 6-pack

I ordered 4 boxes with each having 32' of gutter guard. It was cheaper to buy 4 boxes of 32' than one box of 144'. They should really figure out better pricing. Anyway, first box arrived today and I quickly installed them in the gutters on my shed. The word "quickly" is an understatement. I had 24' of gutters on my shed and these were installed within 10 minutes. 5 minutes of that was spent drinking a beer. They were super easy to install. The gutters on my shed are mounted with gutter brackets instead of gutter nails. The gutter brackets sit lower in the gutter than gutter nails but it was still incredibly easy to install these right under the brackets. I guess you could cut a notch out for the gutter brackets/nail but I didn't even bother because I don't believe it would help the application at all. Just stuff them under the brackets/nails and you're good to go. I can't review the longevity of these as I have just installed them but I can say that they're super easy to install and I can't imagine any reason why they wouldn't hold out leaves/debris over time. The price is great and the install process is even better. I'm very happy with this purchase. I recommend drinking 1 beer for every 24' that you install. 144 feet of gutters would be a 6-pack. That should do you good and make for a perfect Saturday project away from the wife and kids.

I live under a gigantic Sycamore. My first winter in the house, 3 years ago, saw me up a ladder at 3am removing a huge clog of leaves from the gutter outside the bedroom. I mean the sound of falling water is soothing and all, but not when it's a stream that sounds like an elephant relieving itself on a tennis court!
After a ton of research, I decided to give GutterStuff a go. I went for the "Pro" version due to the claim of longer life (I don't like to have to redo things) and calced out the required length I'd need.
It took one afternoon to get it all installed. It loses a star because It's not really clear which way around to orient the "angle" in the gutter and even once I'd figured out the best way, sections still tend to drop in deeper than they need to. There's a little work left here for them to figure out a better fitment mechanism, but that's my only gripe.
The first winter was pretty mild (it's Northern California, after all :) ) and it didn't miss a beat. My nights were void of elephants!
This summer I decided to get back on the roof and see how the gutters looked. There were almost no leaves (per the claim, leaves dry up and blow off the top, having no where to collect in any meaningful layers) but the Sycamore seeds (little feathery things) are quite small and tend not to move around once they find a good place. The holes in the foam itself provided enough purchase for the little buggers to hang around. That said, the pores were not completely clogged and I'm sure that, even with the seeds in place, water would still be able to get through at a good rate.
Being anal, however, I dragged my ShopVac onto the roof and spent an hour or so clearing off the worst of the seeds from the valleys in the roofline and sucking the worst of the top layer off the GutterPro foam. That was several months ago, so I'm sure that Fall provided plenty more crud to drop on top of the then clean pores.
Well, this weekend was the true test. A series of Pacific Storms swept the Bay Area and drenched Silicon Valley. My gutters didn't even flutter. Several neighbours were having overflowing problems, the streets were pooled and my garden could not absorb another drop, but the water disappeared off my roof without a hint of overflowing.
Highly recommend!

We had new gutters installed along with new roofs eight years ago. Shortly afterward I found GutterStuff (Gutter Guard) at Home Depot and since it was affordable bought enough to do all the gutters on our home and outbuildings. This product is very easy to install, the only tool you will need is a sharp knife for cutting and trimming. Works great! the wedge shaped black foam material fills the gutter and prevents leaves, sticks, etc from getting caught while keeping birds from nesting in the gutters. I just finished an inspection / cleaning of the foam, only the second time in 8 years, and it is still in good shape. Very little deterioration from UV. My only problem is that moss has started to grow in several places. We live near the coast and mosses can be a headache. I just bought a box from Amazon to have replacement material on hand for areas where I need to replace small pieces damaged by moss. Highly recommended!
Best thing overall on the market

I've tried many gutter guards over the years and nothing is as good as these. They're so good that they used to be cheap and now they've raise the price a little bit but there's a reason for that. They work and I mean really well you can just blow them off or get on a ladder and take the stuff that's on top off but blowing is easier. The only drawback I have found is that if the squirrels decide they might want some for their nest they might try to chew some of it up. The only other drawback would be if you have an asphalt shingle roof, then over a year or two you may want to pop them out and knock the granules out and then just stick them back in and you're good to go. Otherwise you don't have to do a thing. Try them for yourself you won't regret it. They get five stars from me and I am in Texas with plenty of trees. Gutter brush works too but they always look crappy with all the leaves that get stuck in them. Not to mention they cost even more. And all the other ones with slots and stuff like that they get filled up with little sticks and stuff and you got a clean them out and that takes a long time and you have to do it at least once a year but they do work. Good luck.
