we absolutely love this thing and our only complaint is that we didn't have it sooner!!! Our baby has always loved to be held facing out like this to see everything, and doesn't love traditional carriers- so our backs and arms were struggling lol! But this thing has saves us. It's great quality, better than we had even anticipated! (It's also great for nursing your baby while walking if you are in a situation where that's needed)! I love the pockets, I'm able to keep my phone and necessities right on me. And it folds down for easy storage as well! I like that it's slanted and has a grip material on the seat so baby can't just slide off- over all no complaints and really love this thing!

This hip carrier is a super quick convenient alternative to the full body carrier that you have to slot your baby in. It is perfect for a short outing, household chores, or when your child is able to walk but still gets tired.

The carrier is easy to put on and feels well built, and the light gray material was pleasant to touch, similar to to jeans material. The strap and buckle ensure that it feels secure. The seating platform itself feels like it is a sturdy metal frame and the seat has an anti-slip pattern that keeps the kid from slipping too much. The pockets are handy for small things like napkins or your phone.

The best feature is the foldability of the seat by pressing the two buttons on either side. Having to press both makes it hard to accidentally cause the platform to fold. Don't expect it to fold completely flat, see picture, but it does allow it to get out of the way mostly while the child is not on it. It makes it convenient not to have to keep taking it on or off all the time.

The one thing that could really be improved is the length of the strap. It is fine for slender people, but if you're a man pushing pant size ~36 or above, it will not fit around the waist. Wish there was a way to extend this out a bit more.

Overall, very satisfied with the product and it saves our backs allowing the kid to rest on the hip and distributing some of the load. It feels quality, quick and easy to use, and foldability is awesome.

I love this! We have 3 month old twins and I work work from home. I can hold my daughter with one arm and she sleeps against me while I work. Sometimes it's the only way she will take a nap. Also, it frees up one arm when you need to hold a baby and get stuff done around the house at the same time. I'm a size 8 - this fits as snug as I want it but there is lots of room for growth. My husband loves it, too! Easily adjustable for his size. My babies feel secure on this as long as I have one arm around them. It sure does save on arm strength! Well made and storage compartment is nice.

My daughter and I absolutely love this. It takes all of the weight off you back. She is 4 and we still use it for hikes.

This is the best purchase that we've ever made among other stuffs that we bought for the baby. I've been using it since our baby was born. It helped me through many sleepless night (well, sleepless for me, but the baby was sleeping well on it. :P) Our baby is almost one year old now, he still loves it.

I was skeptical about whether the metal frame is comfortable to sit on. It actually has a thick padding sitting on top of the metal frame, so it should be comfortable. And from the reaction of our baby, I am 99.99% sure it is comfortable.

The collapsable feature is great especially when you need to carry it in your backpack, you know, when you are hiking or shopping in the mall, when you can't really put it back in your car.

The metal frame is very easy to be taken out and restored when you want to machine wash the hip seat.

However, it'd be great if they didn't raise the price. hm... but I suppose it still worths the money.
