I was disappointed and practically in tears when I took this out of the packaging. The balls of my feet were in so much pain and I felt like I had waited an eternity for these pads to arrive. I looked at them and thought "these tiny things will never work and the material will irritate my feet". I was prepared to toss them. Then I decided what the heck. I put them inside my UGGS, slipped my feet into my UGGS and walked to the kitchen. What! No way! I walked around the house from room to room. The balls of my feet no longer hurt. The material did not irritate my feet. I think I want to sleep with these inside my socks so if I have to get up in the middle of the night I will feel no foot pain. These little pads are awesome.
