A couple of things, with thicker wicks, sometimes it doesn't always light before the battery dies and it seems the battery dies pretty quickly at times. Other than that, still happy with the purchase.

I switched from the old-school grill lighters to this kind and I love these. You get it to light as soon as you press the button every time and for as long as you press the button. The propane also won't blow these out or when you move it around too fast. So glad I bought these!

I like this for my candles that have the wicks too far down in the glass jar and also anything since it is rechargeable.

However, since owning it for 4 months I finally got around to using it. It worked fine at first but lately I would have an issue. I would make it fully charged and then leave it for tomorrow. Tomorrow I would use it, but although it lights up fully charged it would suddenly drop to 1 light dot (or 0%) and nothing would happen. :(

I once charged it again and then it briefly held the small charge enough to light my candles and fragrant incense sticks outside. But then it died again and back to charger.

However, despite it stop working I did talk to customer service and they were helpful. On their ronxs.com website, they have a blue icon for live chat with a person. They helped me with my amazon purchase and suggested I don't use fast charging cables because it fries the important pieces inside the product"¦ but after talking for a bit and agreeing to send an email of the problem they were able to send me a replacement.

Which is great, because I made this my main candle lighter and got rid of my old, empty fuel-reliant lighters. 😆

So 5 stars for customer service and very happy to use this nifty product!
