This is one of the best, if not the best foldable stool I've owned! It is sturdy, but lightweight! It folds up without any problem on it's own when picked up, which is great! Because, many times, I'm grabbing the stool for transport to the next spot with only one free hand. The only drawback that I've encountered is that you have to be aware of this "feature" or you might get pinched, if you're not ready for it. Other than that, awesome build on this one!!

When I opened the package I noticed a little piece of blue plastic in the box. Never thought much about it cause it looked like the top of a sharpie. Turns out it was part of the hinge. I stood on it and luckily it didn't break. Then my wife was messing around with it and said, uh oh, this is something to do with the hinge. Its on the way back with another (hopefully) safer one. Can't give it a 5, so I gave it a 4.

Got this stool to reach my upper kitchen cabinets, and it's perfect! When it is folded up, it fits neatly in the small space between my refrigerator and cabinet. My only caution is to watch your fingers when you fold it up... I've done it quickly and have been pinched.
