They not only respectfully listened to my concerns but quickly changed the description for future purchasers. Overall, the product works well and is quality for the purchase price. Customer support is a game changer though. I will shop from this store again, solely because of the positive response.
I purchased this product for my Xbox One. When I went through the compatibility it was correct in the audio jack size and said it would be compatible with my console. Problem is, when I got it in, it did not work. I now have to purchase a Microsoft adapter to use this headset. The price was amazing and it does work with other devices just not the one I was shopping for. The quality is a little cheap but for around $20, I wasn't expecting much more than what I got. The major issue I have now is that I have to buy an adapter, and my cheap headset just went from $20 to over $50. Not what I expected.

Decent for the price, sound is ok. I would say they are good for a quick fix or until you can afford a good pair. They don't have any adjustments so they are 1 size fits all. They are tight on my head but my 11 year old hasn't complained.

I've only been using for a few days but I think that it's a quality product especially for the cost. Good clean sound and people seem to hear me fine . I'd have given it five stars if the volume would go slightly louder.

I got this so my brother can talk to his imaginary friends online using his Xbox controller. He said that his old gen controller's have trouble connecting with the headset but with his newer gen controller's the connection is great and the sound is smooth also they are basically noise canceling as well. I do suggest understanding the audio format for what ever you use these for.
