I just installed the 4 button master window button cluster on my 2013 Silverado. The switches had been working erratically for over a year and finally the passenger window button stopped working completely. I had no idea this replacement was available for so little money and SO easy to swap out! I did a search on YouTube and found instructions on the procedure. 10mm socket and a prying tool(I used an automotive nylon/plastic one. A few bucks at Walmart) and 5 mins later I was back in business. These switches are also lit for viewing in the dark. I don't remember if my OEM switches were or not but mine never lit up since owning the vehicle. As long as it keeps working properly I am 100% pleased. I am purchasing the back rear switch right now as it's been having issues as well. Great product and highly recommend. I have little knowledge with car parts and repairs and this was a breeze to DIY.
