I bought these boots because of the advertised water resistance. I was not planning on puddle jumping, neither did I buy them intending to use them as rubber boots, but I was going to travel to a fairly rainy, icy, cold, and damp place and I felt these were appropriate. I got caught in a downpour once and the boots were soaked through all the way in. My feet got cold and wet and I was very disappointed in them. They are super comfy but I would not recommend them for long periods of standing or walking cause they are a bit flat and with not much arch support. The shaft is a bit wide and open, which is handy if you have bulky pants to fit in but if you were leggings or skinny bottoms, it looks a bit weird and pointed out.

I bought these to wear on rainy/snowy days when I'm not in the mood for my knee high boots and need to do a quick school or grocery run. They are a bit wide which is fine for thick socks (ideal, rather) and easily slip on and off. The sole has good traction on sludgy sidewalks, and the fur gives it a cute look too. The inner sole is a bit hard for my foot arch, so I add my own insole to make it more comfortable. Overall, I'm happy with them as a budget friendly snow boot.
