I have bn having GI problems since I got home from a month in Europe. Everything I did to make it better only made it worse. A Bit Costly, But a Good Probiotic

I use these daily for my normal probiotic daily regimen. I can't quite tell if they're helping however. I've been using them for over a month now and don't quite know how to tell the difference because I use some other products as well. I'm going to keep using these for awhile, but may stop over time because of how expensive they are.
