The first order got "lost in the mail". And when the Seller sent out the typical "How was your experience?" questionnaire, I responded. Then THEY responded immediately and made arrangements to get me a replacement set. Great service!
These flat rulers are thin and easy to read. And the neat part is -- they imprinted the decimal-equivalents of fractions on the reverse side! Great and handy reference. The longer ruler goes up to 63/64". The shorter one goes up to 31/32". I absolutely love the protective inner sleeve for the longer ruler, plus a nicely-printed felt pouch to hold both together.

Very nice rulers. Easy to see with the etched white on the black for contrast. I think they're much easier to see than others that are plain stainless with black indications. Especially for aging eyes that don't work as well as they used to.
One other important detail to me was the fact that there's no sharp edges like the majority of other stainless rulers I've seen. Plus these are nice and flexible for using on contours.

One tip if you run into this. Both rulers are in orange sleeves in the velvet case. On my particular order, the 6 inch orange sleeve was folded up in the very bottom of the case. I had contacted the owners and got a reply within a few hours telling me that happens occasionally, but to check if it was stuck inside. Sure enough, that's where it was.

As a ruler is as good as it gets, the letters ans symbos are engraved, due to the contrast is easy to read, is sturdi (the 12" is flexible but still seems durable, but I really don't want to test it since I like it), it came in a nice package and the holes to hang them are use full. The only think I would complain is that the start of the measure, line zero, isn't the beginning of the ruler itself, there is an actual line and it have like a millimeter of gap between line zero and the edge of the ruler, isn't the end of the world, is fixable and still pretty useful. In overall it a good, high quality product.

2. Markings are PLEASING to the eye.
3. Colors are amazing....Gold lettering on a non-glare dark background.
4. Both a 12" and 6 inch rule included.
5. Convenient large hanging hole on one end.
6. Markings start a tiny bit in from the end.....so you can be sure you are measuring correctly.
7. Size is not too large, so its convenient to use.
Bottom Line: Truly an amazingly engineered product!!!.......Kudos
